The 3D remake of the critically-acclaimed dungeon crawler
Desktop Dungeons: Rewind is the upcoming title for South African studio QCF Design. The 3D remake of the award-winning, tactical dungeon crawler is coming to PC “as soon as it’s ready,” publisher Prismatika announced early this month.
The game smartly blends tactical roguelike action elements and dungeon crawling. As the name suggests, in Desktop Dungeons: Rewind, you’ll be exploring small dungeons from a top-down perspective. The game will feature a diverse cast of (replaceable) characters to choose from, as well as some interesting mechanics.
The most important one, which is also part of the game’s name, “rewind” allows players to turn back time in case their characters die.
