Police rescued on Thursday an alleged Chinese kidnap victim, after escaping from her abductors, in Batangas City.
The Batangas police said the victim is a native of Shanghai, China, and a resident of New Port City in Pasay City.
The police said the victim escaped around 2:40 a.m. from her captors in a house inside a subdivision in Barangay Alangilan.
A local police found her in a convenience store in the village and brought her to the police station.
