Three Korean nationals were detained at the Mobo municipal police station in Masbate after they were arrested for alleged illegal recruitment, police said Friday, Nov. 18.
The suspects were identified as Jung Jin 40; Song Park, 36; and Kim Soo, all from Seoul in South Korea.
