Former staffers at Yeezy and Adidas, West’s former corporate partner, and other creative collaborators also claim he played pornography and videos of Kardashian in staff meetings, showed his own sex tapes to team members and discussed porn and showed intimate photos in job interviews, Rolling Stone reported. West used these frequently sexualized tactics to intimidate staff, while sometimes directing his bullying at women, Rolling Stone also said.
During a 2018 job interview in Chicago, one “young creative” said he walked into a room, where he found West dancing to his own music on full blast. When West finally turned his attention to the interview, he pulled out his phone and announced, “My wife just sent me this.” The creative told Rolling Stone that West showed him a “very revealing and personal” photo of Kardashian.
When interviewing a female shoe designer for a position at Yeezy’s Calabasas headquarters in 2018, West interrupted her presentation to give her advice that he often gave to staff, a former high-ranking employee told Rolling Stone.
