11/1/22 Update: Days after her tenth album Midnights topped the album charts with the biggest debut on the Billboard 200 in seven years, Taylor Swift stopped by Good Morning America to announce The Eras Tour. It kicks off on March 18, 2023, in Glendale, Arizona and it concludes on August 5 in Los Angeles, California. Pre-sale tickets will be made available to Captial One credit cardholders starting on November 15, 2022, at 2 p.m. local time. The general sale for The Eras Tour begins on November 18, 2022, at 10 a.m. local time.

Since Taylor Swift’s last tour, she has released five new records: Lover, Folklore, Evermore, Fearless (Taylor’s Version), and Red (Taylor’s Version). That number will soon be six, as Swift’s tenth studio album, Midnights, is dropping next Friday. And with it, many fans had suspected that a new touring announcement was imminent.
While Swift had planned to head out on the road for various scheduled Lover Fest shows in North America, South America, and Europe, the pandemic prompted cancellations that were never rescheduled.
