Angela Berry, his lawyer, said the board found Sirhan lacks insight still into why he shot Kennedy, a conclusion she disagrees with. Sirhan’s filing to overturn the governor’s rejection of parole last year remains undecided, and Berry said it’s not clear how that will be affected by the decision Wednesday. Her client has « continued to show great behavior » in prison, Berry said.
