‘Yellowstone’ to End With Season 5, Sequel Series Greenlit for December Debut

Yellowstone will come to an end with the second half of Season 5, while Paramount has greenlit a sequel series with Matthew McConaughey in talks to star.
“Yellowstone” is coming to an end, but the world will live on. The series will wrap on Paramount Network with its fifth season, set to air in November, and will be succeeded by a new sequel series.
The new series will air on Paramount and stream on Paramount+ in December, and Matthew McConaughey remains in talks to star in that show.
