As it looks to the future, CD Projekt Red wants The Witcher 4 and other new projects to be « something that we’ve never made at this scale, historically. »
During the company’s latest earnings conference on November 28, CD Projekt Red’s chief financial officer Piotr Nielubowicz discussed how the studio will distribute revenue going forward, following the successful release of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty and its best-ever third quarter, according to its earnings report (via GamesRadar+).
« We definitely want to continue with developing games and with investing into them, » Nielubowicz said. « We want to do it at a scale that was not precedented in the history of our company, working on a few projects at the same time – something that we’ve never made at this scale, historically.
