Rapper Sean « Diddy » Combs was hit with a summons by Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday, accusing the Grammy winner of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman after a date in 1991.

The complaint was filed at Manhattan Supreme Court Thursday and comes just days after Combs, 54, settled similar accusations made in a lawsuit lodged by his ex-girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie Ventura.
The new suit, filed by Joi Dickerson-Neal, a former Syracuse University student, alleges Combs sexually assaulted her after a dinner date at Wells Restaurant in Harlem.
A spokesperson for Diddy denied the claims to The Post and called the suit a “money grab.”
The filing includes allegations the hip-hop mogul gave her drugs that lulled her into “a physical state where she could not independently stand or walk.
