Another new option gives you more control over where your Threads posts are displayed – you can now hide them from Facebook.
Meta launched Threads in early July and as curious Instagram users signed up for the new text-oriented service, it grew to 100 million users in just five days. However, users quickly realized that this was a one-way street – once you activated a Threads account, the only way to delete it was to delete your whole Instagram account.
