Sen. Lindsey Graham (R., S.C.), the committee’s ranking member, had said that « the lights were blinking red » before the Sept. 11 attacks and asked Wray if he thought there are « multiple blinking red lights out there. »
« I see blinking lights everywhere I turn, » Wray replied.
