Owners of Apple’s iPhone 15 received some unexpected good news as the battery life appears to be even better than originally thought.
Apple has been awash in news lately about the user experience with its Vision Pro headsets, including potential owner returns after launch. Lest we not forget, Apple’s iPhone is one of its top products, and it has been thrown back into the spotlight with a dash of good news.
According to Apple, the battery lifespan on the iPhone 15 is even better than first promised. Able to retain at least 80% of original charge capacity after 1,000 cycles, this twice as good as Apple had first acknowledged at 500 cycles.The bumped-up lifespan applies to all four models in the iPhone 15 lineup, which is good news for every single owner. Typically, the larger model such as the iPhone 15 Pro Max gets more robust battery specs due to its size, but this new Apple revelation is independent of that.
