Videos showing former President Donald Trump slurring his speech and making puzzling pronouncements during a recent rally in Georgia are circulating on social media.
Trump, the presumptive GOP nominee for this year’s presidential election, mocked President Joe Biden’s well-known stutter during a rally in Rome, Georgia, on Saturday night. The former president soon after received backlash for ridiculing the president over the speech impediment.
While Republicans often criticize Biden for his advanced age and ongoing history of making verbal gaffes during public appearances, the same line of attack has increasingly been used by Democrats against Trump, whose own recent speeches have seemingly provided ample material from which to draw upon.
By Monday, videos of Trump slurring his speech at multiple points and making bizarre statements during the same Georgia rally where he mocked Biden’s stutter had been shared by many of the former president’s critics on X, formerly Twitter.
