J.D. Vance Admits 'Disappointment' If Passed Over As Trump's VP

Vance is one name being floated as Trump’s running mate in 2024.
Ohio Republican Senator J.D. Vance said this week that there would be some « disappointment » if he is not picked as former President Donald Trump’s Vice President.
On Wednesday, Fox News’ Fox & Friends co-host Lawrence Jones interviewed Vance and his wife, Usha Vance, where he asked about a number of different topics facing the nation, including the Ohio Senator being a possible running mate for Trump in the 2024 election.
When asked what he would do if he is not picked, Vance said, « I’m human, right? And so, when you know this thing’s a possibility, and it doesn’t happen, there’s certainly gonna be a little bit of disappointment. »
« But, I think the bigger thing is, it’s such a cool thing to get to do the job that I do and frankly, more importantly than that, I love being a dad », Vance added.
Vance was also asked if the Trump campaign has reached out about possibly being chosen as a Vice President.
