The actor met Diana to discuss possibly co-starring in a never-made sequel of his 1992 film, “The Bodyguard.”
“About 15 years later …. I ultimately had a very sweet conversation with Prince William,” Costner told People in an interview published Tuesday. “I happened to be over in England and got this message that the prince would love to talk to [me].”
Costner said he met up with the Prince of Wales, now 41, in a room by themselves with chairs stacked up around them.
“There was nobody else,” the “Yellowstone” alum claimed.
