Obito declared the Fourth Great Ninja War, and it was in this war that he reached unprecedented levels of power. He gained one Rinnegan from Madara, and he also managed to become the Jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails. This and the power of the Six Paths put him on a godly level. 7 Might Guy
Might Guy was an individual born with very little talent or aptitude for ninjutsu and genjutsu. However, he trained relentlessly over the years and managed to match the geniuses of the Naruto world. Through the technique of the Eight Inner Gates, Might Guy was able to train his body to sustain tremendous amounts of stress, and eventually, after mastering this technique, he became a genius of Taijutsu.
In the Fourth Great Ninja War, Might Guy was even able to rival Madara Uchiha in his Ten Tails state.
