PHILADELPHIA (CBS/AP) — will be back in Pennsylvania on Sunday for a series of campaign events after canceling his planned speech at the annual conference of the National Education Association in Philadelphia.
Mr. Biden and first lady Jill Biden will arrive in Philadelphia around 9 a.m.ET, after which the president is scheduled to speak at a church in northwest Philadelphia.
Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker is scheduled to meet the Bidens at the airport and will attend the church service with them, her office confirmed.
