PlayStation Plus subscribers itching for a reason to hop back into the grand world of Final Fantasy 7 since the release of Rebirth will have an easy way to do so. PlayStation Plus subscribers’ free Essential games for July include Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion, Remnant 2, Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord, and more. Those games will hit the subscription service starting on July 16 for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium users, the company announced on Wednesday.
Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion is the HD remake of the prequel to the original Final Fantasy 7. You play as Zack Fair, Cloud Strife’s friend from his days at SOLDIER. Square Enix first released Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 stateside to the PlayStation Portable in 2008.
