The footage, provided by Davis’ attorney Parker Stinar, showcased an FBI agent leaning over toward Davis — in a beige hoodie and gray hat — in his seat to place him in handcuffs.
What is believed to be a trooper in a green uniform stood beside the agent, while Davis’ wife, Tamiko Nash, watched from across the plane’s aisle with the couple’s children.
Nash appeared to be asking for clarification while collecting Davis’ possessions as he was escorted off the aircraft by the officials.
The 51-year-old Davis first shared news about his run-in with law enforcement on July 15 via an Instagram post and is now suing United Airlines.
