The highly anticipated international sporting competition kicks off tonight on NBC and Peacock with its opening ceremonies, where LeBron James and Coco Gauff will represent the U.S.
However, for those who prefer the long-running soap to sports, you could be out of luck. During the 2022 Winter Olympics, the NBC show went on a hiatus, per NBC5 Dallas Fort Worth. The same went for the 2021 Tokyo Summer Olympics. In September 2022, Peacock became the show’s sole home, per KRON4.
