Version 5.3 may be one of the biggest Genshin Impact updates to date, as a recent leak teases two 5-Star characters that could feature in the patch.
According to a recent leak, Version 5.3 will introduce two 5-Star characters to Genshin Impact, and given previous information, it may also be possible to guess their identity. As the Fontaine era steadily comes to an end, Genshin Impact sets the stage for a new cast of characters and a long list of quality-of-life features. Natlan is set to open its doors on August 28, 2024, and the first Event Banners will be headlined by Mualani and Kazuha.
The fourth Anniversary will also take place during Version 5.0, and to mark the occasion, players will be able to choose one 5-Star character in Genshin Impact from the Standard Banner for free. Not only will this tradition continue in each subsequent Anniversary event, but HoYoverse has also promised that new Standard Banners will be added in the future.
