While Simone Biles might not have won a medal at the 2024 Olympics balance beam final on Monday, her outfit for the competition was definitely award-worthy.
For her beam routine, the 27-year-old athlete selected the aptly named American Anthem Leotard from GK Elite, which is embellished with over 5,000 Swarovski crystals.
On Instagram, GK Elite’s custom gymnastics designer, Emily Oropollo, said the ombré leo’s sparkling scroll design was inspired by “the unique and feminine feel of the Art Nouveau.
