Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players develop and share ways to easily defeat Torterra the Unrivaled, the latest Seven-Star Tera Raid boss.
Shortly after Pokemon Scarlet and Violet launched the Seven-Star Tera Raid battle against Torterra the Unrivaled, trainers crafted ways to solo it with ease. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players then shared their solo strategies for Torterra on social media and listed the builds of two Pokemon that proved the safest bets.
Known as the Continent Pokemon, Torterra first appeared in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl as the fully-evolved form of Turtwig and Grotle. In the latest Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Seven-Star Tera Raid, Torterra’s Ground-type powers were amplified via its Tera type. Torterra the Unrivaled will regularly use Wood Hammer, Earthquake, Smack Down, and Earth Power to deal damage. Twice during the fight, Torterra will use Shell Smash to boost its offensive stats, and then quickly purify any negative stat changes that were incurred.
With the Torterra raids now underway, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players have developed methods for defeating it alone.
