People like the design and the size, but are less keen on the price – there are plenty of mid-rangers that offer better hardware for the same amount of money.
Even though the Google Pixel 9a costs the same as its predecessor, last week’s poll suggests that this price may be too high for what the phone offers. This goes to show that expectations shift over time and 128GB storage isn’t enough on a $500/€550 device.
Of course, 128GB is the base storage for Google’s pricier Pixels, even the Pro XL, and the 9a is a good deal cheaper than those.
