Two riders, Owen Jenner and Shane Richardson, tragically died and several others were injured in a catastrophic 11-bike crash.
In a shocking and saddening British Supersport Championship race, two riders have died after a crash that consisted of 11 motorcycles.
Owen Jenner, 21, and Shane Richardson, 29 were both killed in the « severe and catastrophic » event that unfolded at the Oulton Park campaign.
Motorsport Vision Racing (MSVR) released a statement following the race:
« At the start of this afternoon’s Quattro Group British Supersport Championship race at Oulton Park, exiting turn one, Old Hall corner on the first lap, there was a chain reaction incident involving 11 riders falling.
