In his second Summer League outing, the 18-year-old Flagg put up a game-high 31 points while shooting 10-for-21 against the Spurs on Saturday.
The Mavericks ultimately lost the game 76-69, with incoming rookie Dylan Harper leading the way with 16 points, six rebounds and two steals for San Antonio.
“I definitely felt a little more comfortable,” Flagg told reporters following the game. “Taking a lot of the same shots I took last game, just trusting. I got to the line a little bit better today. Still missed a bunch of free throws. I know my mom probably wasn’t very happy with that.”
