Fans of Hot Fuzz should check out this new Dutch action-comedy, which pairs a dedicated but distracted community service officer with a disgraced ex-detective to track down a killer stalking the streets of Rotterdam. While it’s not groundbreaking, Almost Cops packs plenty of laughs and spine-tingling set pieces, perfect for a summer flick.
