Goldberg’s son Gabe got involved during the main even, and after a scuffle with Gunther, Gunther walked into a Jackhammer. Gunther’s ring introduction began at 6:32 p.m. PST. This is plenty of time for a Goldberg match, and is a result of Seth Rollins’ match against LA Knight being cut short to injury. It’s still unknown whether Seth Rollins’ injury was a work or not.
Goldberg walked out with his son and the icon Ernest “The Cat” Miller. All of Atlanta chanted Goldberg’s name as he gingerly stepped into the ring to a massive pop.
