‘Starfinder’ hopes to have its big ‘Baldur’s Gate 3’ moment with the 2027-bound computer game ‘Starfinder: Afterlight.’
Paizo’s Starfinder has been a big name in the TTRPG space for years, and now it’s bringing that clout to video games with Starfinder: Afterlight.
On Tuesday, developer Epictellers launched a Kickstarter for the game, which at time of writing has crowdfunded over $244,000—nearly triple the studio’s initial ask of $87,774. Currently, the game is in pre-alpha, with stretch goals including additional voice acting and playing as two extra races, the Skittermanders (at $100,000) and Pahtras ($250,000).
