At about 7:10 p.m., local EMS received a 911 calls reporting a car crash near 400 Broadway, along a section of Route 138 through Taunton, the DA’s office stated.
At the scene, first responders found a head on collision involving a white Chevy van and blue Toyota Rav 4 SUV.
