You can see why Nintendo is keen to remind us that there is a good selection of titles in the pipeline.
It’s a big day for Nintendo. The publisher just released its most recent financial report, which has revealed a fair number of interesting nuggets about how the company is doing.
As well as a rundown of the remarkable Switch 2 sales numbers, and the revelation that the Switch has now sold as many units as the Nintendo DS (making it Nintendo’s joint-best selling console, ever), the publisher has also reconfirmed the release dates for five of its upcoming first-party titles, whilst reaffirming release date windows for four more titles.
Given that one of the major critisisms of the Nintendo Switch 2 is that ‘it has no games’, you can see why Nintendo is keen to correct the narrative and remind us that there is a good selection of titles in the pipeline.
