Pokémon Quest is a free to play Pokemon game which looks similar to Minecraft and is now available to download in eShop on Nintendo Switch.
A new Pokémon game is available today for Nintendo Switch and it’s free to download. Pokemon Quest is free to play the game for Nintendo Switch which is unlike any other previous Pokemon games in which you have to follow your cute little Pokémon while they seek trouble all over the country.
The Pokémon Company announced the immediate release of their brand new Pokémon Quest game along with their future titles including Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! which are set to be released on November 16,2018.
This free-to-play action game takes place in a world called Tumblecube allowing Pokémon to evolve in an environment where voxel style Pokemon look for treasure while battling wild Pokemon and befriend new Pokemon.
These small cubes make it look like a mixture of Pokemon and Minecraft. Players can set their base camps which they can customize and build to attract other Pokemon.
The gameplay of the game is very basic, since your Pokémon moves and attacks automatically, depending on the environment around them. When they encounter another Pokémon, the real-time combat engages without transition, and you can choose to use your creature’s skills by tapping unless the attack meter is not full.
Each defeated Pokémon brings you experience and a multitude of items that will serve you to build other items, to evolve your creatures, or make new friends.
In this Pokemon game, you will have special items called Power Stones which you can use to strengthen your team and also you will be in control to choose the characteristics of your Pokemon.
