The Nokia 8 has received an update that adds a Pro Camera mode to the HMD-built handset. With the update, those who believe themselves to be ace photographers can manually control camera settings like the focus, ISO, white balance, shutter speed and more. The Nokia 8, which was launched last August, features a rear-facing dual camera setup (13MP + 13MP); the manual control over the settings applies to the primary camera on the back of the phone. Once the 600MB update is installed on the handset, users will be able to adjust the shutter speed to catch fast moving action, or change the white balance to add some « warmth » to a snapshot.
