President Trump will hold a campaign rally in Fargo, N. D., on Wednesday.
Trump is traveling to the state to boost support for Rep. Kevin Cramer (R-N. D.) who is challenging Sen. Heidi Heitkamp (D-N. D.) for her Senate seat in November.
The rally, Trump’s second this week, takes place hours after Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement, paving the way for Trump to make his second Supreme Court nomination since taking office.
