A new Windows 10 edition has appeared in the latest insider build (17713).
It’s almost comical to think of the sheer number of Windows 10 versions there are out there – a list that’s still growing. Today, we have Windows 10 Home, Pro, Pro Education, Pro for Workstations, Enterprise, N editions of some versions, and last, but not least, an « Enterprise for Remote Sessions » will soon be joining the list.
Interestingly, Microsoft isn’t talking about this edition quite yet, despite the fact that the listing has appeared in the latest Insider build (17713). Since Microsoft isn’t commenting on the edition right now, everything is being left to speculation. If you are able to get hold of the 17713 build, you may find out more simply by playing around with it.
According to the Twitter user who discovered this edition, you’re allowed to make at least 10 connections, which ought to be enough for anyone simply testing things out. Based on the timing, we can assume that this edition will land around the Redstone 5 timeframe, which should release this fall if all goes according to plan.
