TeslaCoil Software’s Nova Launcher has been a favorite amongst those looking to customize their Android experience. The Launcher has received a new update via its beta, bringing many improvements.
Although Android 9.0 Pie was recently made available, the reality of the matter is that it will only be available on Pixels and the Essential Phone for some time. While this might be a bummer to some, others, that utilize third-party Launchers, might not be so preoccupied with getting the latest from Google, so long as developers of those Launchers keep things fresh and updated. That seems to be the case with Nova Launcher, as a new beta has been released.
The update, which comes in at version 6.0-beta1, offers an array of new features and also settings, that can allow users to further customize their experience. You can see the list of new additions in full down below.
If you want to dabble with this version of the app, you’ll have to opt-in for the Nova Launcher beta. Once you are registered, you’ll be able to download the latest beta version from the Google Play Store. You can also download the APK directly. Although it’s nice to get experience features early, this is a beta, and therefore, there is a chance that it might not run reliably, so proceed with caution.
