A suspect has been arrested in the apparently random Tuesday night killing of a jogger in Washington, DC. Anthony Crawford, 23, has been charged with first-degree murder while armed in the death of Wendy Martinez, who was fatally stabbed. At a press conference Thursday, police said they have not established motive and that Crawford, who has a criminal history, did not cooperate with authorities, WTOP reports. They are looking into whether he had mental health problems.
