Microsoft releases cumulative update for build 18277

Microsoft is rolling out a new cumulative update for build 18277, which was released for Insiders in the Fast ring last week. The update blocks the build from installing on certain PCs.
Microsoft has yet to release a new build for Insiders in the Fast ring this week, but today it’s rolling out a cumulative update for build 18277, which was made available last week. As expected, this update doesn’t include any new features, but it includes a fix for a bug with display rendering.
More interestingly, the update, which is labeled as KB4470200 and brings the build number up to 18277.1006, blocks the build from installing on some machines. Here’s the full changelog that was added to the original blog post:
Typically, cumulative updates for Insider builds indicate that they may be making their way to the Slow ring soon after. However, since this update is actually blocking the update for specific devices, this may not be the case this time around.
Build 18277 is part of the upcoming 19H1 update for Windows 10, and it introduced a couple of improvements to Windows 10, including a brightness slider in the Action Center, improvements to Focus Assist, and more.
