We also have a list of the » Cushiest Prisons, » and nearly every cable news network has jumped on the fact that President Trump’s former fixer, Michael Cohen, is heading to Otisville federal prison camp… one of the « cushiest. »
I would think that one would prefer a cushy prison over a notorious one and Otisville is better than most. It is close to NYC and was the choice location for Bernie Madoff but his 150 year prison term made him ineligible for aminimum security camp. According to Bureau of Prisons policy, in order to eligible for prison camp, an inmate has to have less than 10 years to serve.
