The Nokia 5.1 Plus is now the sixth Nokia phone to get updated to Android Pie after the Nokia 7 Plus, Nokia 6 (2018), Nokia 6.1 Plus, Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 8.
HMD Global continues to deliver a slice of Pie to Nokia users. The company has started rolling out the stable Android 9 Pie update for Nokia 5.1 Plus users just before 2018 comes to a close. The update for Nokia 5.1 Plus comes just a few days after the company rolled out Pie for the Nokia 8. The Nokia 5.1 Plus was launched in August alongside the Nokia 6.1 Plus with Android 8.1 Oreo.
