A state of emergency has been declared after two dams in Michigan collapsed following days of heavy rainfall.
Dramatic footage has emerged showing water gushing from a lake after a dam burst in Michigan on Tuesday.
The video, captured by Midland pilot Ryan Kaleto, shows the destruction after the Edenville Dam on the Tittabawassee River was breached following days of heavy rainfall.
