John Antaramian, Kenosha, Wisconsin’s, Democratic mayor, revealed on Sunday he would have preferred if President Donald Trump did not visit the city at the moment. Antaramian told NPR’s “Weekend Edition” he is open to him visiting, just not at this time. He was asked how he is preparing for the president’s visit and will the attention be good or bad for the city. “Realistically, from our perspective, our preference would have been for him not to be coming at this point in time,” Antaramian said.
