The 2021 Rose Bowl Game will look very different New Year’s Day. The Tournament of Roses announced Thursday that the Rose Bowl Game will be played without any fans at the stadium next month due to COVID-19 protocols set forth by state, county and city of Pasadena officials. The organizing committee for the game requested special permission for student-athletes and coaches to have guests at the game, but the request was denied based on state and local guidelines.
