Catherine Zeta-Jones just snagged a starring role in Prodigal Son. The actress is set to appear in Season 2 of the Fox drama as Dr. Vivian Capshaw, Claremont Psychiatrics’ resident MD, the network announced today. Zeta-Jones’ upcoming role will begin in the latter half of Season 2, when she’ll share the screen with Prodigal Son lead Michael Sheen. “In Season 2, Dr. Martin Whitley (Sheen) is assigned to infirmary duty, and Dr. Capshaw (Zeta-Jones) revels in tasking ‘The Surgeon’ to clean bedpans and mop the floor.
