A Madrid man has been charged in connection with an April crash in northwest Polk County that left his passenger dead. Cameron Kennedy,36, was arrested and charged Thursday with serious injury by vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, according to a news release from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
