Ukraine has lost 25% of its arable land since the start of the Russian invasion. Despite the loss, the current crop planting situation in Ukraine does not pose a threat to the country’s food security, according to Ukrainian deputy agricultural minister, Taras Vysotskiy. Russia is using “weapons of mass destruction” in Ukraine, including thermobaric bombs, said Finland’s President Sauli Niinistö. According to Ukraine’s deputy defense minister, Hanna Maliar, Russia is also testing new weapons in Ukraine along with using those banned by international law. Sievierodonetsk.
