Rathi was one of the senior-most product leaders in the firm, having joined it in 2016 as vice president (VP), revenue and growth. Prior to joining Swiggy in 2016, the IIT- Kanpur alumni had worked with Flipkart, Snapdeal and Walmart, in product management, omnichannel commerce, revenue and growth.
During his seven-year stint, Rathi led Swiggy’s efforts in growth marketing, customer management, Swiggy One, food marketplace, merchandising, social, design solutions, financial services, partnerships, Swiggy Labs, and meat-and-alcohol delivery, among others.
