Ubisoft Making Big Changes to Its Subscription Service

Ubisoft announces some significant changes coming to its Ubisoft+ subscription service, which competes with other giants like Xbox Game Pass.
Ubisoft announced new options for those who want to subscribe to Ubisoft+. Ubisoft’s overhaul of the service comes alongside Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown’s early-access release on Ubisoft+.
Similar to Xbox Game Pass or PlayStation Plus, Ubisoft+ offers subscribers a library of games in exchange for a monthly payment. In an effort to build its subscriber base, Ubisoft+ has featured day-one releases of major games like Assassin’s Creed Mirage. However, users have their fair share of complaints regarding the service, such as its high price and lack of variety compared to other services like Game Pass. In response to this, it seems that Ubisoft has some major plans to help improve its subscription service.
Ubisoft announced that Ubisoft+ will offer two new tiers. The first is the Ubisoft+ Premium tier, which combines the previous Ubisoft+ Multi-Acess and PC Access plans.
