D.C. police are searching for a man they say is involved in the assault of a Virginia man who died five days after the attack.
Vivek Taneja, 41, of Alexandria, Virginia, was found suffering from life-threatening injuries after police responded to reports of an assault on Feb. 2.
Police said in a news release that Taneja was found in the 1100 block of 15th Street Northwest and was transported to a hospital for treatment.
