Some Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players will be able to acquire a free event Pokemon featuring an exclusive move, but only in certain regions.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are hosting a special distribution event in certain regions, giving a select subset of players a unique Tandemaus as a birthday present. The newest entries in the long-running monster-catching franchise introduced a wide variety of new Pokemon to the series, with several new creatures quickly becoming fan-favorites after their launch. New creatures like Gimmighoul, Maushold, and the Paldea region’s trio of Starter Pokemon have already endeared themselves to Pokemon fans for their unique designs. Now, some fans are getting a popular new Pokemon as a gift.
The Pokemon franchise, and Pokemon Scarlet and Violet in particular, has been no stranger to free distribution events through the games’ Mystery Gift system. Game Freak and The Pokemon Company have rolled out numerous events celebrating the games’ World Championships and other major tournaments, giving out competitively built Pokemon.
